Responsible Use & Compliance
Elur operates at the intersection of advanced security, intelligence and defence technology. We apply the framework below to every engagement, voluntarily and consistently across jurisdictions.
Client acceptance
Before onboarding any client, we conduct a structured review covering identity verification, screening against UN, OFAC, OFSI and EU sanctions regimes, jurisdictional assessment, and — where relevant — end-use and end-user verification. We reserve the right to decline any engagement, at any stage, without providing reasons.
Engagements we will not undertake
We will not engage with sanctioned individuals, entities or jurisdictions; with parties for whom there is credible evidence of involvement in serious human-rights violations; or to support operations targeting journalists, lawyers, opposition figures, civil society representatives or human-rights defenders in their lawful activities.
Authorised Access capabilities
Certain capabilities in our portfolio are available only to authorised government, intelligence, defence and law-enforcement clients operating under verified mandates. Access requires formal identification of the requesting organisation, disclosure of the operational mandate, and completion of an internal authorisation review before any technical or commercial information is released.
Ongoing monitoring
Where we represent a capability that has been deployed, we maintain ongoing awareness of material changes in the client's circumstances — including sanctions status or credible reporting of misuse — that would alter our acceptance assessment. We will restrict or withdraw representation where appropriate.
